§ 54-3. Lake City Health Facilities Authority.

(a)

Creation; powers. Pursuant to the Health Facilities Authority Law, F.S. § 154.201 et seq., there is hereby created a public body corporate and politic which shall be known as the Lake City Health Facilities Authority which shall be constituted, function and have the powers granted by F.S. § 154.201 et seq.

(b)

Appointment and removal of members. Appointment and removal of members of the Lake City Health Facilities Authority shall be by resolution of the city council.
